Radio Metro provides the youth of the Gold Coast with the opportunity to become involved in the provision and delivery of Radio Broadcasting. Volunteer Receptionist Position Available
Radio Metro is looking for a part time Receptionist to cover Thursday 9am - 1pm and Friday 1-5pm. · Basic admin and cleaning · Using Outlook, Microsoft Word and internet explorer · Answering the phone Graphic Designer InternshipRadio Metro currently have a vacancy for an Graphic Designer internship. Radio School- Introduction to Radio Metro.Are you passionate about radio broadcasting? Do you want to launch a career in radio or peruse broadcasting as a fun leisure time activity?Radio Metro has trained many people in radio broadcasting and assisted them in obtaining both volunteer and paid positions within professional radio stations. If this sounds exciting then Radio School is for you! Radio School has both theoretical and practical components which are delivered over a one day workshop where you will learn all about:- · Writing a Radio Show · Studio Etiquette · Programming Polices · Industry Software and Equipment You will also get the chance to use the on-air studio and record talk breaks. On completion of the workshop you will be eligible to obtain real studio experience! Over the next month, you will come in for more equipment and voice training, and get hands-on experience recording your own show. Those with an ability to present will be given the opportunity to join the Radio Metro Team! The cost of the Radio School is $75.00.
