Daniel “Deek” King

Radio Metro News: 4pm Fridays

There’s not much to say about this guy. Aside from the fact that he’s charming, handsome, charismatic and none of the aforementioned attributes.

Daniel is currently studying the Bachelor of Journalism degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast and is applying his “skills” to Radio Metro every week.

He writes and reports the Radio Metro News at 4pm on Fridays, broadcasts Community Announcements, writes album and movie reviews, and gives out prizes.

Sometimes he answers the phone and posts the mail too.

When he isn’t making a fool of himself on the weekend, you’ll find him at home playing Xbox or partying in Surfer’s Paradise … making a fool of himself.

He usually goes by his nickname ‘Deek’, he loves olives and hates avocado.  If he could have any superpower at all it would be to control time. He also breathes and blinks on an occasional basis.

So if you happen to come across this guy on the street, a club or in a bakery buying a ham and cheese croissant, feel free to say ‘hey.’ He probably won’t even bite you.
